At Monk Office, we pride ourselves on creating amazing customer experiences and the speedy delivery of thousands of products right to your workplace or home.



Choose Click & Collect for FREE delivery to your nearest Monk Office location.  Deliveries will be available within 3 business days, and you will be called when your order is ready for pick up.

Home delivery is shipped via courier.  Shipping occurs within 2 business days of your order from our facility in Victoria BC.  At this time order tracking is not available.  If you have a question about the status of your delivery, please allow 4 business days and then reach out to us at  Include your order number and we’ll be able to get back to you quicker to confirm your order has shipped.



If you are in our Standard Delivery Service Area on Vancouver Island (Victoria to Port Hardy; and West to Port Renfrew and Tofino), we will deliver office supplies (in-stock) for FREE the next day. Orders must be placed before 5:00PM to qualify for next day delivery.

We also offer same day Priority Service for urgent orders within the Greater Victoria area (highlighted below). Orders must be greater than $50 (before tax) and placed before 12:00PM (Monday-Friday) to qualify for Priority Service.



Furniture and large office equipment (e.g. copiers) are excluded from our free Standard and Priority delivery service and are subject to a delivery and/or installation fee.  These items may have lead times of 2-6 weeks from the manufacturer.

  • If placing an order in-person or by phone, you will receive a quote for delivery and/or installation.
  • If placing an order online, we will contact you with a quote for delivery and/or installation.

If you would like your delivery under $200 left at your address if you are not present, please download and print our Delivery Release form and place the signed original in a location that is both visible and accessible to our driver.


If an item is damaged in transit by a courier (not our Monk Express Delivery Team), it becomes the responsibility of the delivery company. Please contact the courier directly for instructions regarding replacement or repair.
