With our new e-commerce site, www.monk.ca, we will keep track of your invoices, arrange a pick-up, and update your purchase history so you don’t have to get out the red pen. We will even prepare and email the Return Authorization note for you to put with your item.
Our easy 4-Step Return Process will show you how to take care of returns online. Or you can choose to talk to one of our friendly Customer Service Experts – all you need is your invoice number and the item number. (Note: if you work at Island Health, just pick up the phone, as online returns aren’t enabled in your case)
